Make a module/plugin for Prestashop, to create to many forms I need. When create a new form, this allow me to "design" fields (email input, online text inpout, dropdown, textarea…) and define the email to recive the response form... (Budget: €10 - €100 EUR, Jobs: PHP, Plugin, Prestashop)
